Virus droplets can linger il the air up to 3 hours

New research suggests the coronavirus can travel 13 feet through the air in a hospital – but you probably won’t walk through virus ‘clouds’

The new coronavirus typically spreads when droplets from an infected patient’s coughs or sneezes land on or get inhaled by another person. According to the World Health Organization, the virus is not airborne and does not spread between people who are more than 6 feet apart.
